How much does it cost to repair a flute?

I have to admit i've never heard of Blessing. If the damage is that bad, and the flute is not the best, even when it's working, then it might not be worth having that much work done. A service costs me �70-�100 a year, with just a couple of new pads and maybe a cork, with that much work it would probably cost LOTS. Save your money and look for a new second-hand flute.
