Speeding up scar healing?

I have a few scars from pimples, including a huge hideous one on my chest, and a little annoying one near my nose. I also have a mean-looking scar on my hairline, and loads on my legs. I really don't like them, and my parents say I should be careful because I scar really easily. I know you can't heal a scar overnight, but is there anything I can do to help speed the the process? (I'm 13 by the way)
