Is it ok to put wigs and makeup on babies aged newborn to one year or so?

I think babies are so ugly when they are first born, all pink and no hair. Well white babies are ugly like that and I'm white and blond so mine will probably ugly like I was. I really don't want kids but I know it doesn't always work out that you get what you want so if I end up with one anyway can I put a wig and some makeup (maybe some bronzer) on it so it won't be hideous?
