WHY IS MY NOSE GIGANTIC?

Wow it'd be awesome if I could find some real, non-idiot answers. My nose is easily twice its regular size. Enormous bump on top. No, I never got plastic surgery. No, I was never hit in the face. It's been a solid week now, and Im starting to believe that this is my new hideous face. WHEN THE HECK DOES NOSE SWELLING GO DOWN. Just answer.
