How can i potty train my puppy?

I am a mother of 6 and always busy! We recently got a puppy (5mo.old) a terrier that is, and she poops and pees on the floor. Yes i do the normal thing, that is, show her what she did and take her outside.. Well i dont no what else to do, Can someone PLEASE help me??? thank you

My 2.5 year old son loves to be skin on skin with everyone why is that? Is in normal for a 2 inahalf year old?

He has a 8 year old cousin that he would run up to and take off his shirt just to try to rub his tummy on him and would follow him like a puppy dog. If his grandmother is wearing shorts he would lift up his shirt and put his tummy right on her leg I am not sure how normal is this I understand it is good for newborns to have skin on skin with the parents but a two year old. I don't understand please help.

Any weimaraner owners, please help!?

i'm really looking into getting a weimaraner. i want to get a puppy and i know they need training early, that is why i want a young one. my questions are the following, how long do you guys ussually leave them alone? how much exercise do they need a day? I might get an eight hour a day job and i dont want the weimaraner to be too lonely. i'm not a very social person but i LOVE dogs so that is why i'm looking into this breed and i love to run. ooh, third question. are they a good dog to run WITH ? thank you.

What do you do when your old dog picks on a puppy's bad habit?

You could take them to a training class. Other than that, here's what I've noticed with my dog a little. She'll be barking and jumping on me, but then i just turn around and give her no attention, and she will stop jumping/barking. I know personally, my dog loves attention, so when I wasn't going to give it to her, she stopped jumping, etc. So, when your dog jumps on you/couch, don't pay any attention to them. If your standing, literally turn around, and look up at the ceiling. This helped for me, might not help with you...kind of depends on the dog I guess, but it would be worth a try, good luck! :)

Can I give my 23 day old puppies water?

My dog just had puppies exactly 23 days ago & I was just wondering if I can give them water yet? Or should I just let my dog feed them on her own? Its been so hot lately In Southern California & they look so Thirsty.... Plz let me know....
