My ex-girlfriend is SUICIDAL. What should I do?

Get her some help, (some sort of mental clinic) not like an insane asylum but somewhere she can go where someone can help her with these problems. I would feel awful if I knew about something like this and did nothing. You should talk to her and tell her that it's not worth it. she might also hate you right now for trying to get her some help. But, you should do the right thing keep in mind that she might be acting cold and distant because of her depression and not because of you or because of anything you did. You obviously care for this girl a lot so show her that you care, help her through this rough time. she needs you more than you realize.
