UGH my puppy ate human poop, Help!?

Ok so my neighbors son is potty training and decided to poop in the corner in the backyard in fears of missing something if he went in-- my 3 month old pomerainen/yorkie obviously ran over and licked/ate it -- I bathed him and he had some water and some food now hes relaxing on the couch. Should I be concerned Im really nervous, any help is good help! Thanks :)
