Where can i buy a chihuahua in kuwait?

im desperate for a chihuahua but cant find any breeders.can you please help me find good i CHIHUAHUA breeders in Kuwait.should i just buy 1 from the friday market(pet shop)? or online puppies that can be shipped to me? these online puppies are for adoption so the owner DOES NOT MAKE ANY PROFIT.the money goes to the shipping agency.so wer should i buy a chihuahua in kuwiat??
