Worried about the future?

Im a junior in high school. I am also deaf. I can hear and talk like a normal person because i have a cochlear implant. I have been made fun of a ton. It is so hard for me to be motivated for whats coming in the future. I have friends so its like Im not a loner or anything. I go to a catholic school. They spread rumors about me. My reputation is so tarnished that it has made me even more shy and unconfident. It has also affected my social life outside of school.I don't know what to do?
