How bad is my acne? help please?

I used to have perfect skin last year, and ever since I've used proactive my skin has looked like crap. I've stopped a month ago now i have scars, nodules, white heads, black heads, pimples.. I feel so hideous and ugly and it's really taking a toll on me.
