My puppy sleeps allot....normal?

I have a new 8week shihtzu puppy, I knw he still a baby but he gets up in the morning around 7 something I feed him than he do his (1,2) (potty) then I play with him etc than he gets tried lol.... Than he would lay dwn nd go to sleep for a while! Normal?? And I have another question hw to potty train a good nd fast way? Thank You
