Reward for turning in a lost debit card?

So I went up to the bank machine and the thing started beeping, asking me if I wanted more time for my transaction, but I hadn't put my card in yet. I hit cancel and out popped someone else's debit card. Is it true you get a cash reward for turning one of these puppies in? It's a BMO card.
